Random Shots – One

Alaska
Does anyone else ever take random shots of scenery? I have to confess – I grew up in the ‘you have 12 – 24 shots, make them count. . . and it costs money, so don’t just shoot random crap‘ era of film photography. It took a while, but once I adapted to the concept of pixels and digital technology, I began to shoot ‘random things’.
Here are a few such shots – Bridges
- Oregon
- Northern British Columbia
- Alberta
- Alaska
Cheers all,
Jenn

Bridges!!!
I love it. I love them all. Built a few in my time. Long, long ago mind, but yeah!

You’d appreciate how much work goes into their engineering then – I see them as collaborative art as well as being functional sculptures.
Thanks, and what kind did you build?

Johnson-Bailey. And some military quick response bridges that were incredibly heavy and precisely collabotative, as you say, efforts of craftmanship.
